Intuitive ERGs

Intuitive’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) program has evolved since its inception. The challenge was to create a coherent and expandable identity system that laddered to the corporate brand identity while honoring the essence of the individual ERGs.

The solution was a series of marks informed by the corporate brand “portal” that captures the spirit of each of the individual ERGs. This approach ensures brand cohesion and provides the flexibility required as the ERG program continues to grow and expand.
